If you signed up before last week, you probably have not seen the COPPA notification on this message board unless you saw it below all of the normal forums.
As of today, registration requires you to select your age to verify you are not under the age limit. Those who wish to register who are underage must submit a COPPA request, which is now in the registration area when you sign up.
If you signed up and are found to be underage, you will have your ACCOUNT AND IP ADDRESS IMMEDIATELY BANNED until you can provide a COPPA form. This is not to be mean, this is the law and our policy.

To require a coppa form you have to be under 13 years of age.

There are several prominant members on these boards under 18 years of age, LuLusFamily. Of course I won't say who they are but the ones that I know of post with maturity and are helpful to the extent of their abilities, like all the members of this board should.
It seems that 13 is the age on the internet that separates those who need parental control and those who do not. Email address sign ups and such associated things use that age as the divider.

oh, I was going to tell my cousin Hannha to join. she's 12. She has a pug dog and she always says about wanting to show every one her dog. I wont tell her now that I know there's and age limit.
