no we do not.
We lived thru Ike 1 year ago, everyone was fine.
WE always have enough food , water and supplies for everyone in the family.
Our Dogs are not spoiled,we're just well trained

Whoa! Good to hear that your experience with Ike was not too chaotic. We haven't had to deal with hurricanes over here in California, but we've definitely had out share of wildfires and earthquakes. I personally haven't had to evacuate yet, but I do know a good number of people who have had to because the winds brought the fires their way.
