I need help bigtime. I am brand new here and just activated myself after trying umpteen times. In doing that, it still does not recognize me with my email and password. The screen tells me not found. Yet I am here?

I also received 2 messages from members and would like to reply but it does not recognize me. So far this site is strange and goofy. I can't seem to get anywhere.

Why is my email not found?

Thanks

Hello, are you referring to your Club Dog account?

If so please send me an e-mail with your login information to ChannelAbuse@bowtieinc.com and I'll be happy to help you figure out what's going on.

Also, when you say that you recieved two messages. Are you talking about alerts in  your e-mail saying that someone has left you a blog? If so then in order to reply you need to sign into your account and visit those dogs' Web pages. You can do this by clicking on their names at the bottom of their messages on your dog's Web page.

I hope that this has been helpful.

Hi!

I finally got in but now I cannot find the Introduce Youself. I do not know how to upload more pictures of my dog without taking the one that is there, away.

Thanks,

 stnik

Unfortunately there is not an "Introduce yourself" section on Club Dog. You pretty much have to just go to other dogs' pages and say "Hi i'm so-and-so and I'm new. Would you like to be my friend?"

And here is a step-by-step guide on how to upload a photo to your pet’s webpage.

  1. First log in to your account.
  2. Once you are on your Account page, go down to the section that you have profiles on, and choose the “Edit” option next to the profile that you want to edit/add the photo to.
  3. Underneath the “Other Accessories” field there is a spot for Tank Photos. Click on the “Browse” button to find a photo on your computer to upload. When you’ve chosen a photo click enter and it should upload the photo for you.

I hope that is helpful to you. Have a good day.
