The Obamas get their Porti on Tuesday

It's coming from a kennel in Texas that has sold Ted Kennedy's family 3 PWDs before, all of the same lineage. Obama's dog will also be of that lineage. Reportedly, the dog they are getting had been sold to someone before but who ended up bringing it back. It is being rehomed with the Obamas, so that it doesn't look like a gift.

i think that no matter what kinda dog they get, they should definitely get it from a shelter. there are sooo many loving and sweet dogs that need homes, and if they dont, theyll spend alll of their time in cages, and probly end up getting put down.

Bo is so cute!!!
I know they said they was going to get a dog from a shelter, but pwd's are not that common therefore there are not a lot of them in shelters.
Hopefully the breeder won't have as many problems as the breeder of Joe Biddens has been having, she has received death threats!!

I hope the pups breeder doesn't get hit as hard like Biden's pups breeder. The Obama family is still like any other family, and if they didn't from a shelter that should be their choice, not the publics. Exactly. (By the way PWD are SOOOO cute!)
