| I am buying a new puppy that I will be showing early next year. He is 7 weeks old today and will be coming home in 3 weeks. He comes from some really great champion lines. I am just having a hard time picking out just the right name for him. He is white with black and tan. Mostly white. His grandsire is Dante Domino, on dad's side and on the mothers is Cruise Control. He also has some of the greats, like Beau Chiene and Mister Snow Bliss, and Stonehill go round. But I am not really sure how to go about naming him for his papers and am open to any suggestions. I am planning to put the breeders kennel name first and my kennel name last. Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions. Thanks!!! Mandy

First of all, congrats!
Now, pedigree names can be very hard to decide on. I'm not a breeder yet (I'm studying to be one someday), but I do have an account on a couple of internet sim games where you breed virtual dogs and get to name them. I sometimes use names from popular phrases such as "Ruffles Have Ridges". Or, I look at the parent's pedigree names and use a combination of the two.

| After really looking into his pedigree and talking with his breeder.... I think we are going to call him: Blackjack Beau Cruisin Domino Snowy Beau Mystic Eyes. We are going to all him Zeus though for his call name. I just can't seem to decide on a paper name for him.

| Here are some - Mystic Cruser on Domino Snowing Stonewall Mystic Light I named my dog Desperado after the song by the Eagles . He goes by 'Des " but when I get him some papers I might make his paper name 'Tenessee Desperado " if it isn't to long . He lives with my Mom in TN , so that's how I came up with that name ! more than a breed , a passion The Aussie

Have you thot of naming him in Mexican? Kennel Name Pancho Villa Kennel Name, or something like that.
My Collie boys registered name is Kings Valley (breeders kennel name) My Bonny Prince Charlie, after the Scottish Stuart prince.
So many Collies..... so little time........
