I saw this on another forum. Personally, I'm not on board with the whole idea. The pics posted didn't even look like rotties! Doesn't this totally negate what the rottie was bred for??? I'd love to know what you guys think!

I dont like the idea of a new breed either then there are so many helpless dogs in shelters who need loving homes.

never heard of this breed.. so i looked it up. This person breeds minirotts and miniboxers (never heard of them either) minirotts.com
Supposebly they don't have Rottweiler blood in them.
As far as making new breeds go... honestly... I'm for it.  IF and ONLY IF it's done by an extreamly Experienced and responsible breeder. As always, my opinion

Poppy- 'Schnoodle'
Luna- Belgian Malinois
Rainvear- Border Collie

To Rainesmom...

I totally agree. That person named "mini nots" and some other mutt which is completely ironic. Unless she has AKC recognition or papers or what not, then I will be apoligizing.

To outcast13...

I agree somewhat with what you say, just not the part of making new breeds, really...I looked at the site you found, but I think those people might be a little over their heads...they said that everyone of they're own dogs were OFA passed 100%, which I don't think is very possible...hmmm...Thanks for the post! *Edited for spelling*

Your right, they don't really look like Rottweilers at all!

They say that their is no Rottweiler blood in their, Mini Rotts/Carlin Pinchers.I don't approve of them "experimenting" with these breeds, doesn't seem right.

I hate how they are just "coming up with" breeds willnilly. They are just putting more poor dogs in this world that will end up in shelters. It takes decades at the least to create a new proper breed that is needed not to just say you bred a new breed.
