Hello!  I am an American who lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and I am a dog lover.  We recently moved into a new community along the beach.  and we were told we could have a dog.  Now, 1 year later we are told to get rid if him ASAP or they will come in, take him and kill him since there is no room in the pound.  Rehousing him is not an option ither.  What I am asking  you is if you can help via the US media.  Maybe one of you has a contact or advice.  We (many upset dog owners) want to get this out across the world because bad publicity is not want Dubai wants.  We want to save our dogs since moving is not an option.  Any advice.

Are you stationed over there for the war in Iraq? If you are why not talk to a general or somebody with the US army and ask them if they can send your dog back to a family member or something. That is terrible that they can just do it. I think we all take for granted the free life we live here in the U.S.A.

these people have no regards for human beings what makes you think, they care about a dog.
What about your family in the states?
