when i first got river, he had separation anxiety fairly frequently.  He ATE a bathroom mat, rubber bottom and all, my log book for work (legal document) and a comforter. Once we got past that, quickly i might add, his thing is bones. he loves his bones. he's such a good dog.

If you think dogs can't count, try putting three dog biscuits in your pocket and then giving Fido only two of them.  ~Phil Pastoret

My puppy just LOVES squeaky toys! Those are his favorites plus an old stuffed soccer ball of mine that I gave him.

Achilles weak spot was his heel.
Mine is Tucker Patroklos Delano.

Maybell didn't really do alot of chewing as a puppy...bad chewing I mean. She played with her toys, and sometimes nibbled on the labs(aww) but she was a perfect little puppy-LOL! That was a bit embelished....she was horrible at nighttime and had some problems when it came to feeding,ect.... But she'd suck on peoples fingers...it was so cute!

Those who stand for nothing fall for anything.

I voted *Other *, because I have to say, our Doberman and Schnauzer were really good boys, that hardly chewed up anything.

Our Lab and Lab mix chewed up our couches, coffeetable, chairs, anything they could get there snouts on.

My dog isn't a big chewer, she likes cardboard she doesn't swallow any but I still have to be careful) and bones (which so far are making her sick so no...) Anything else she doesn't chew. She used to chew stuffed toys and THE stick, a perfect, not-splintering, knobless stick i found, but I can't find it anywhere. sad, she liked that.

She also likes to sometimes bring a random shoe out and leave it on the floor. lol

                   My dog is smarter than

                           yours!!!

I was real lucky with Bubba! He chewed alot of bones and rope toys, but never shoes, furniture, woodwork, or anything bad!

My son's Plott, Mary, however, ate an entire sofa bed when she was around 5 or 6 months old!
