well you asked me who i am ...... im NOT going to say my name on the computer cuz theirs no tellen who is going to reading this but i will tell you this..... im 13 i have a standard dashchund named opie and i have 2 cats rilley and mrs.kittty my nickname is dog gurl i used to work at the local rescue in my area but now that its not summer and i have shcool and don't have time im really not a bad person or a mean or hosteil one either but when i posted my 1 post about my meannie wennie i got some good advise and i knew that i could give someone advise to if i knew how to help them but if i didn't know how to help them.... i would have replyed back and told them i really didn't know what to tell them but i would try my best to your age doesn't matter its what you know that counts isn't it?????? see im not being mean now am i ????? iam sorry for the way i replyed earlyer but "wolf grrl" REALLY made me mad telling me that i couldn't give advise, cuz of my age i couln't have any to give any way and telling people NOT to take advise from me and that made me REALLY mad ok i have just as much right as she does don't i ?????? but if she wants to be maen 2 can play @ that game! but im sorry for the way i acted you probabley think im some kind if B**** dont you? and if you do thats ok bcuz i acted like one and IM SORRY!!!!!

Wow...who's the hostile one here? Let's clear something up...When you post on a PUBLIC forum, you have made YOUR business public. If you would like others to "stay out of your business", perhaps you shouldn't be posting on a public forum.

Also, about these "Ask Me For Advice" posts. This does not go over well: perfect strangers waltzing into an established community and in their first post saying, "Ask me for advice." Well, who are you? How about an introduction? What makes you qualified to offer advice? Why should I listen to a perfect stranger on this forum when there are loads of others here who I "know" well and trust their advice? I see nothing wrong in questioning the "advice" of someone who cannot even take the time to integrate themselves into a community.

yea i know the forum are public thing but my bussiness is NOT ok!!!!! and im not being hosteil or mean im reacting to the way you made me feel ok and its not a very good feeling but if (AND THATS A BIG IF) i make another post please DON'T reply on any of them at all ok !!!!!!!!!!! I MEAN IT PLEASE REALLY DO NOT REPLY OK!!!!!!!!!!!

You are absolutely right. I did say that. My intention was, in fact, to help you avoid the drama that this one had just gone through. I am sorry that both of you seemed to hone right in on what I said and not what anyone else said. I was not the only one who disagreed with your approach, and I still stand by what I said to both of you. I apologize if I came across as rude, that was not my intention, but I still feel the same way I did then about what I posted. As far as people taking advise from me, they took it from me and several other people. You were not responding. Generally speaking, when someone asks for advise on this site we all respond if we think we have something to offer. That's the way it is. Again, I am sorry that I offended you, but the fact is, as I already said, I really don't have a problem with my responses. If that makes me mean....well.....I guess I'm mean.

The same thing happened to me and i know how you feel this person called "wolfgurrl" was telling people not to take advise from me and what advise could i give to anyone so she just took over MY post and everyone didn't take advise from me they took it from her and it REALLY made me MAD!!!!!! And this is what she posted to me talking about MY post "HONEY YOU REALLY NEED TO DELETE THIS POST" She had NO right to tell me that and they have NO right to take ANYONES post!!! I read the posts above saying like it's no big deal and it's a public thing well it may be a public thing but i would have thought some people would have more respect for other peoples things not just posts but what am i saying it's the world it's not going to change til the Lord comes back!!!! And people won't know how it feels til some one does it to them!!!!!But enough w/ the meaness it's CHRISTmas eve and i hope EVERYONE MEAN OR NICE HAS A MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!! AND I HOPE THAT SANTA IS GOOD TO ALL THE LIL. CHILDREN 2 LEGGED AND 4 LEGGED MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!!!!

Well, I'm not sure if you realize this, but this is a PUBLIC forum. All posts created are meant for others to become involved in, and they may post whatever they wish (within reason, of course). If you choose to create a post where you are the star, I suggest you look elsewhere for a better means of conducting your Q & A session.

This is what i'm thinking no one else realizes. it's a public forum for anyone to answer questions on. everyone keeps asking me questions about myself as if i'm the only one thats going to answer. even if i do answer, i know for fact that someone else will also answer. but nobody questions them! i also have an advice advocate on catchannel and that one is working out fine. i've only put in about 3-4 posts in that one and no one has asked me a single question about myself. those people are actually smart enough to figure out "okay, this person obviously doesn't know what they're talking about so i'll ask someone else" or "this advice sounds reasonable" but they still check with other people afterwards just to be sure. they dont ask the person their entire life history before asking a question! dont expect me to post in dogchannel's advice advocate ever again. and no, i wont delete it. other people can still use it. duh!

I am not sure if any of this is against the rules, but you might want to check out what people are saying in the advice advocate. It is in the Dog Talk section. I am the one who created it and people are taking over. They are not askingfor any advice at all. Instead they contridict daily and fill up many of my pages with things saying I dont know what I'm talking about. This is causing other people to not want to ome and ask for advice. the post has just become a section of people contridicting me and it has become a waste.
