OMG, how cute. I love the colors that they have. I actually own two too! Purebreds, mix of red nose and blue--? i'm not sure; blue something. I HATE how people are so prejudice. They say, oh don't be prejudice of people of different race,but people are dog prejudice!! NOT FAIR!!!!!

I would love to have a purebred Amstaff one day. I too, HATE the term 'bully breed'. One of our dogs is an amstaff/boxer mix and he is such a wonderful, well-behaved dog. Unfortunately I always see so many pitbulls in dog shelters and people are afraid to adopt them because of the misconceptions out there in society about the breed and the fear that the previous owner may have raised the dog as a guard/fight dog.

I agree, Pitties are greatly misrepresented and misunderstood dogs. I love them.
It is the owner that causes "bad dogs" when he doesn't socialize the dog, correct things that can bud into potential problems, and train his/her dogs.
Genetics has a little to do with it, but Pitties were actaully originally bred as ratters and farm dogs, not for fighting. If you breed the dogs with the most aggressive temperaments that you can find, then many of the puppies will also have aggressive temperaments.
In short, it's a combination of nature and nurture. In most cases, mostly nurture.

I read an article the other day saying that dachshunds and chihuahuas are more likely to bite than pit bulls. They just do more damage when they bite so they get a bad rep. I've been around several pit bulls, my best friend owns one as well as a chihuahua, and the chihuahua is the one you have to watch out for!

While they aren't my favorite breed, I think that with proper training they make wonderful companions.

pit bulls and rotties both at the top of my list. love them. i don't care for the term bully breed anyway.

They are a very missunderstood breed, just like the Doberman, GSD, Rottie and so on.

The Breed is such A beautiful one, it sucks that *** holes messed it up for the breed. Now its up too Us to fix this problem. I'm ready to show the world what the dogs are really made of
