My min pin sleep in the bed with me. I tried to get her to sleep at my feet but every morning when I wake up she is under the blankets with me. She likes to sleep between my legs. I am a light sleeper so when she moves around I wake up. If she has to go potty I sat her down on the floor and she goes downstairs and pottys on her pad and then comes back upstairs and scratches the bed so I will pick her back up. I love my dog sleeping with me. It is so nice waking up in the morning and my dog stretches with me and then gives me a big kiss, a; She's my angel.

Pretty much wherever they feel like it. Jasmine is usually in bed with me. Sometimes Indy is, but he tends to enjoy sleeping on the bed in the guest room. Guess he likes the bed to himself. And on the occasion when we have a foster, often they're in bed with me too

my Ladybug would START OUT in her bed right next to mine, and then she'd sneak out when she thought i was asleep and climb onto the couch! or, when it was hot she'd sleep on the tile floor in the bathroom. and lastly, if i had a bad dream i'd call her up into bed with me. but then she'd end up with 3/4's of the bed on her side!

i voted for in the bed. people look at me so wierd when i tell them that harry sleeps in the bed with me (sometimes under the covers). what? he gets cold very easily! lol

Max sleeps under the covers as well in fact i even made him a blanket and sewed his name into it he ever has a pillow i made for him but he just uses the pillows for the couch most of the time lol so i can't really vote in the poll

Well Max sometimes sleeps in someone in the familys bed or on the recylner, or couch we also have a soft chair he likes, at times he sleeps on the floor and rarely ever slept in a dog bed no matter where it was placed lol

My dog (rottie) sleeps in my bed with me unless he hears noises outside, then he'll lie down in front of the bedroom door in guard mode. I used to have a double bed, but had to upgrade to a queen size...still, I'm hanging for dear life on the edge most nights. Thinking about a king size bed, but suspect things won't change. I love my dog PS. My son's dog, Mary (Plott) often sleeps with me and Bubba. That's really fun!!!!!

Tycho generally naps behind the toilet or spread out across a cool surface like the kitchen floor. Sometimes he naps in the bed with me, only when my husband isn't home though. XD And for his night time sleeping, I'm currently crate training him since he's still a really young puppy. He's got a nice fluffy bed though and his toys to keep him company.

In the bed with me. Of course they do track mud and stink on the covers, my mom gets upset with me but it is my room, I am allowed to do what I please.

She sleeps in her dogloo in her fenced in lot. We feed her dinner and lock her up between 10 and 11pm.
The reason we do this is because one day she came home with the neighbor's chicken.....still clucking. It's for her own safety too. Although the 1am howling is annoying. (Sorry neighbors)

Shakti slept in her crate as a puppy and now she sleeps next to our bed, on her own doggie bed. She's never slept in a bed with humans and she's not allowed on any furniture.

My dogs sleep in bed with me.

However, my rule is that a dog does not share my bed until he is 100% aware of the fact that I am his alpha. Most will say allowing him to sleep in bed with you contradicts that, but my dogs know their place. Of course, I had to give in and buy a larger bed...

Hi--I just joined this group and read your post about your 100LB golden. I thought I was the only one with such a big boy. My guy is 5 years old, his name is Cruiser and he also sleeps in our bed. We lost our 9-1/2 year old Golden last month and just adopted a 14-week old golden puppy who we have named Rider. Rider is still being crate trained, but we're now concerned as he watches Cruiser on our bed, that once we're through with the crate he'll be up there. Our other Golden, Keeper, really preferred his own bed, so that wasn't an issue.

Was wondering how you've dealt with your Great Pyrannese puppy and your Golden sharing your bed.

My wiener dog of 8# sleeps with me under the covers, but my bichon sleeps on his cozy bed on the floor... He is getting old and has a hard time getting up and down on our big bed... and he always sleeps on top of the covers when he has slept in our bed, which makes it hard to sleep... Here's my babies....

Ruckus sleeps on his bed. Its on the floor next to mine. but sometimes he goes into the living room to sleep if I am staying up too late. For naps he usually puts himself in his crate.

i do allow him on the bed for naps with me. but not to sleep at night or without me

they have blankets on the floor , but do not use them.
There either on our bed or the boys's beds.

Annie sleeps in one of her many beds. Lol. Every night she makes her rounds, first in my room, next in my sisters room, and finally in my mom and dads room. There she usually sleeps 'till the morning.

My dogs have always slept with me, and since I got married they still always have! However, I currently have my 100 lb Golden Retriever (who always sleeps with either us or our 6 year old son, and we will have a baby Great Pyrenees in two more weeks! For a little while we'll be fine cause the pup will be getting crate trained, but I'm a little concerned about what will happen AFTER that. Ummmm.........Me, Hubby, 100 lb Drake, and .........ummmm.........120+lb Judge???? This should be interesting! Oh yeah........+ 26 lb kitty, Kuda!!!!! (Yes, he's huge, we're working on it!)

Nina sleeps with me... and she sleeps all night and in the morning, when it's time to go potty, she likes to play possum!!!

She is a real diva!!!

And that's the first face I see in the morning... just quietly looking at me... I love her to pieces!!!

heidi and annie sleep anywhere they want in the house and they have dog beds if they feel like sleeping on them.

mine sleep at the haed of my bed on the floor. i tryed letting them sleep with me but they always get down and lay on the floor by my bed.
