Quick Homemade Biscotti             Resoruces: Vet America

                                                

                                                 

                                                 

                                                    

                                                      for more buy the book     Ingredients:

1 egg

1 cup (140g) store-bought corn muffin mix

3 cups (675 ml) water

1 cup(120g) whole wheat flour

1lb.(455g) raw pureed beef liver

Directions:

1.Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.

2.Spread mixture in a shallow baking sheet and bake in a 350 F (175 C) oven until firm ( about 10-15 minutes).

3.Remove tray from oven and cut the cake into rectangles.Place the biscotti on a baking sheet and allow treats to bake a second time by turning the oven off and leaving the biscuits to harden in the cooling oven for a few hours.  Enjoy canines recipe from the book: The Home Spa for Dogs
