| I'm just curious, what kind of dog is a panda? I've seen it mention in the classifieds.

| Usually when Panda dogs are mentioned they are referred to dogs which have been dyed to have the markings of a Panda: 
There is also a color of GSD called Panda. The color is DQ in the AKC ring. Here's a Panda Shepherd:
